Local Museums

The Museum of Caramulo, in Serra do Caramulo, and the Museum Grão Vasco in Viseu are only a few kilometres away really worth a visit.

The Museum of Bread is very informative and good for children. It has a traditional restaurant and is an ideal stopping off point for lunch on the way up to the top of the Serra da Estrela mountains.
